ZTE Launched WP7.5-based Smart Phone in Britain

Feb 03, 2012 (SinoCast Daily Business Beat via COMTEX) -- ZTE Corporation (SZSE: 000063) has launched its first Windows Phone 7.5-based smart phone Tania in Britain.

Tania has a 4.3-inch touch screen, inserted with a 1GHz processor, a 4GB storage card, and installed with LED flashlight and a 5 million-pixel auto-focusing camera. The phone is just 10.7 mm in thickness.

IDC's third fiscal quarter report shows that ZTE totally shipped 19.1 million mobile phones in the reporting period, outrunning Apple Inc. (NASDAQ: AAPL) and becoming the world's fourth largest mobile phone supplier.
