摘要:提出一种综合考虑业务需求、用户体验、终端能力、空口能力、网络状态的协同机制。该机制利用智能化手段预测多层目标网络的用户体验预期,实现用户与网络的最优匹配。该机制按照用户体验最优、网络效能最高的策略编排网络,避免了传统的单一协同机制带来的诸多问题。用户体验与网络效能双优的高低频协同机制与策略对于未来高低频多层网络的有机融合有着重要的理论意义。

5G High and Low Frequency Networking Cooperative Mechanism and Strategy

Abstract: A collaborative mechanism that comprehensively considers business needs, user experience, terminal capability, air interface capability, and network status is proposed. This mechanism uses intelligent means to predict the user experience expectation of a multi-layer target network, and realize the optimal matching between users and the network. The network is arranged according to the strategy with the optimal user experience and the highest network efficiency, which avoids many problems brought by the traditional single collaboration mechanism. The high and low frequency coordination mechanism and strategy of realizing both user experience and network efficiency are of great theoretical significance for the future organic integration of high and lowfrequency multi-layer networks.
