ZTE's FTTH Full Turnkey solution drives rapid growth of EMR's FTTH networks in Indonesia

Jakarta, Indonesia, 30 December 2024 – ZTE Corporation (0763.HK / 000063.SZ), a global leading provider of integrated information and communication technology solutions, today announced that its FTTH Full Turnkey solution has supported PT. Eka Mas Republik (EMR) in the rapid development of its FTTH networks. The collaboration has successfully enabled FTTH services in 55 cities and 88 regencies cities across Indonesia and achieved the milestone of commissioning 900,000 lines.
Founded in 2015, EMR is a prominent Indonesian ISP specializing in high-speed optical fiber Internet and TV services. As a key player in Indonesia's optical access network landscape, EMR is committed to bridging the digital divide by enhancing digital infrastructure in remote areas and improving Internet accessibility in underserved regions.
For over four years, EMR has worked closely with ZTE on its ODN project. With more than 15 years of experience in the ODN field, ZTE has collaborated with over 60 operators worldwide, delivering more than 100 ODN Turnkey projects and serving over 30 million users.
ZTE's FTTH Full Turnkey solution provides precise network planning and design, rapid construction, and intelligent operations and maintenance (O&M) capabilities. It also features high-quality, full-series ODN products with stable supply and efficient, standardized deployment. Leveraging these advantages, ZTE has offered EMR a comprehensive, one-stop service for ODN deployment. To date, the partnership has enabled the deployment of over 1.1 million homes passed.
With ZTE's support, EMR has become one of the top three ISPs in Indonesia's FTTH market. It has achieved rapid growth and established itself as the most successful challenger in Indonesia's broadband market.
