Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Li Ying joined ZTE in 2002. She has been serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since 2018. Before that, Ms. Li successively assumed the positions of Director of the Cost Strategy Office, the Logistics Finance Dept., and the Product R&D Finance Dept., and Deputy Director and Director of the Financial Management Dept.
With extensive experience in corporate financial management, Ms. Li has played a leading role in establishing the cost management system, customer credit management system, and receivables management system, promoting the digital transformation of ZTE's financial management. Ms. Li received the China Best CFO Leadership Award from ACCA in 2021.
Ms. Li Ying holds a master's degree in management from Xi'an Jiaotong University.
