Using an innovative big data platform, ZTE’s next generation operation provides customer experience-oriented network assessment and assurance. With functional modules, such as automatic fault delimitation and localisation as well as full-service and full-channel data access and management, the network operation solution 2.0 endows the network with automation and intelligence, reduces operation costs, improves efficiency and customer churn prediction, and helps communication service providers (CSP) maximise customers' full lifecycle value.
With network evolution heading towards full cloudification, ZTE has actively participated and played a constructive role in open source communities. As the second largest code contributor of the OPEN-O SUN version and OPNFV D version, ZTE is a Platinum Member of the ONAP and OPNFV, and becomes China’s first Platinum Member of OpenDaylight. Meantime, ZTE continues to promote network operation evolution and improves network service capability in various areas of software defined networking/network function virtualisation (SDN/NFV) operation, big data and IoT. It has co-created and developed best practices with CSPs in China, Germany, Spain, Uganda and more.
In 2017, ZTE will continue to develop next-generation operation based on 5G and hybrid virtualised network environments, support closed-loop service design, fulfilment, assurance, policy and analytics, and build an agile, intelligent, open, digital operation ecosystem.
