3 September 2010, Shenzhen – ZTE Corporation (“ZTE”) (H share stock code: 0763.HK / A share stock code: 000063.SZ), a leading global provider of telecommunications equipment and network solutions, today announced that 11 of its bearer network products have successfully passed multi-vendor MPLS-TP interoperability tests conducted by the European Advanced Networking Test Center (EANTC).
As one of the world's largest and best known test centers for bearer network equipment interoperability, EANTC's reports are recognized by major industry players in most countries.
ZTE submitted a series of bearer network equipment – including high-end cluster routers, Ethernet switches and the entire ZXCTN range of PTN equipment – to EANTC. Various tests on interoperability scenarios were conducted and all ZTE products proved to be multi-vendor interoperable.
"We are excited by the positive results of the latest interoperability tests by EANTC, especially following on from the superior findings from January's tests. Our performance reinforces ZTE's technological superiority in the telecommunications industry," said Fan Xiaobing, General Manager of ZTE's bearer network products.
"We are determined to provide customized, ultra-high bandwidth, full-service bearer network products and solutions to assist the market by providing cutting-edge technology to our clients and customers."
