Essedi becomes Gold Agent for the Italian market for ZTE’s videoconferencing products (VCS)

18 July 2012, Milan, Italy - ZTE Corporation (“ZTE”) (H share stock code: 0763.HK / A share stock code: 000063.SZ), a leading global provider of telecommunications equipment and network solutions, and Essedi, company specialized in telepresence and audio/video system design and implementation, have signed a partnership for the distribution of ZTE’s videoconferencing and video-communication solutions (VCS) in Italy.

According to the agreement, Essedi will market ZTE’s entire VCS offering, solutions that combine HD audio/video, ease of installation and multiple usage to address the needs of Italian SMBs. These solutions also offer benefits in terms of cost/performance levels, and enable enterprises to cut business travel costs. They can be used in multiple applications spanning from the enterprise environment (small, medium and large businesses), to e-Learning activities, public administration digitalization processes and telemedicine, just to name a few.

Essedi is a well established company in the Italian market, representing a reference point in the video-communication solution industry, and the agreement with ZTE will not only allow the Chinese giant to extend its product distribution, but also to better position its brand in Italy.
