13 March 2013, Shenzhen, China – ZTE Corporation (“ZTE”) (H share stock code: 0763.HK / A share stock code: 000063.SZ), a publicly-listed global provider of telecommunications equipment, network solutions and mobile devices, and DISTR-IT, a company specialising in videoconference and audio/video systems design and implementation, have signed a partnership for the distribution of ZTE’s videoconferencing and video-communication solutions (VCS) in Portugal and Portuguese-speaking countries.
DISTR-IT will market ZTE’s entire VCS offering which includes a wide range of solutions that combine HD audio/video, ease of installation and multiple users to address the communications needs of businesses of any size. These solutions also offer benefits in terms of cost/performance levels, and enable businesses to cut business travel costs. They can be used in multiple applications spanning the entire business environment, for small, medium and large businesses.
DISTR-IT is a well-established company in the Portuguese market, and a significant player in the video-communication solutions industry. The agreement with ZTE will not only allow ZTE to extend its product distribution, but also to better position its brand in Portugal.
