Noteworthy achievements include the adept management of heightened traffic during China's Singles Day shopping festival, the video system effectively handled the high traffic and supported the Ultra High Definition(UHD) live streams of millions of influencers. Similarly, at the test event for the Winter Olympic Games 2022, the system enabled several multi-dimensional live broadcasts in one week. In the aftermath of the global pandemic, the video middle platform enabled operators to use teleconference service with high frequency. The Joint Innovation Center, a collaborative endeavor between ZTE and operators, serves as a hub for pioneering metaverse service innovations.
The success of these endeavors is intricately tied to the all-round guarantee of the cloud-based converged video system. Drawing strength from microservice and containerization, the cloud-native architecture, bolstered by multi-center deployment, facilitates the automatic scaling of resources, delivering a harmonious blend of efficiency and security. Remarkably, it may help operators in cost reduction while simultaneously fostering revenue growth. On the one hand, the temporal efficiency of service system expansion and launch experiences a staggering 92% reduction, from 2 months to 5 days. On the other hand, the conversion rate of user subscriptions witnesses a noteworthy twofold increase, surging from 2% to a robust 4%.

Harnessing the power of AI and smart marketing as the driving force, video monetization can be achieved through three typical ways.
First, Content Monetization. Developing a multi-dimensional intelligent profiling system based on a Large Language Model (LLM) enhances recommendation accuracy for users, consequently fostering increased consumption.
Second, E–commerce Monetization. Leverage Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) to consolidate retrieval results from multiple sources, optimizing the presentation of goods and amplifying the conversion rate.
Third, Advertising Monetization. Generating personalized advertisements tailored to diverse scenarios using Artificial Intelligence Generated Content (AIGC), while strategically optimizing advertising exposure time and location to amplify advertising monetization capabilities.

Similarly, through refined advertising strategies, Operator B's video Average Revenue Per User (ARPU) increased by 9.5% in the span of a year.
