Chen Xinyu, Vice President of ZTE, and Ahmed Amni, Vice President of Asia-Pacific Sales and General Manager of Global Business Cooperation of Virtuozzo, signed the strategic cooperation agreement on behalf of both parties.

In accordance with the agreement, both parties will cooperate in multiple scenarios such as traditional virtualization solution replacement, IT enterprise virtualization, and cloud leasing. They are committed to providing complete virtualization, hyper-convergence, and hybrid cloud solutions for industries such as large, medium, and small enterprises, telecom operators, cloud providers, and governments, to meet the diverse requirements of global customers across multiple service scenarios.

Ahmed Amni, Vice President of Asia-Pacific Sales and General Manager of Global Business Cooperation of Virtuozzo, emphasized the significance of Virtuozzo's cooperation with ZTE. According to Ahmed Amni, as a leader in the telecom industry, ZTE has deployed its products widely across the globe. The partnership with ZTE will strengthen Virtuozzo's position in the telecom industry. Meanwhile, Virtuozzo can provide more enterprise-level users with cloud solutions that integrate both hardware and software, addressing challenges such as high costs, complex maintenance, and poor user experience for enterprises and cloud service providers, thus accelerating digital transformation.

Chen Xinyu, Vice President of ZTE, stated that ZTE has a good ecological environment in the global market, spanning infrastructure hardware, various cloud platform solutions, and software-hardware decoupling cooperation across the full ecosystem chain, along with innovations in user business models. Virtuozzo has significant influence in virtualization technologies, storage, and cloud empowerment software solutions. ZTE and Virtuozzo will collaborate to deliver a brand-new IT experience for customers and accelerate the digital integration of enterprise cloud solutions.
