ZTE AIR Net High-level Autonomous Network Released at MWC Barcelona 2025

Barcelona, Spain, 7 March 2025 – ZTE Corporation (0763.HK / 000063.SZ), a global leading provider of integrated information and communication technology solutions,  has launched its AIR Net high-level autonomous network solution based on large model and intelligent agent technologies at MWC Barcelona 2025. It comprehensively showcases the innovative achievements of the deep integration of AI large models and communication technologies, providing a brand-new paradigm for the intelligent operation of operators.

The New Era of Intelligent Agent Operation

ZTE's newly upgraded AIR Net high-level autonomous network solution drives intelligent transformation of infrastructure, single domains, and cross-domains based on three major engines: big data, large models, and digital twins. Through open decoupling, it overcomes breakpoints and bottlenecks in the O&M processes, achieving end-to-end automation transformation. By infusing intelligence at different layers and enabling cross-domain collaboration, it helps operators upgrade from point-wise autonomous intelligence to end-to-end intelligence, accelerating the realization of business benefits such as time saving, cost saving, and manpower saving.

The Experience of Multi-intelligent Agent Collaborative Group Intelligence

At the exhibition site, ZTE presented a series of new paradigms of intelligent agent applications centered around diverse operation scenarios. Through the orchestration and collaborative interaction of multiple intelligent agents, it intuitively demonstrated new business processing models for the rapid closed-loop handling of network failures, network quality improvement, and traffic activation, as well as the intelligent prevention and control of signaling storm, intelligent activation and optimization of dedicated line services.

The intelligent agent for handling abnormal events enables end to end operation through interactive query on the palm-end dashboard and dialogue-style human + Generative AI interaction. It fully demonstrates the closed-loop management of the entire process, from the automatic discovery of network abnormalities, intelligent preprocessing, demarcation by the large model, and inference analysis of impacts, to problem location through the collaboration of large and small models, the generation of intelligent agent LUI work orders, and the confirmation of returned orders and report generation. The new processing paradigm has captured the enthusiastic attention and strong response of the audience at the event.

ZTE has long been committed to advancing high-level autonomous intelligent networks, driving the integration of AI technology with operators' operations and maintenance (O&M). This transformation shifts O&M from a "device-oriented" approach to an intelligent, agentic operation that is "service-oriented". By developing a value system and use cases, ZTE facilitates the evolution of high-level autonomous intelligence and business closed-loop operations. With extensive experience in areas such as network energy conservation, change management, and fault resolution, ZTE has earned the trust of operators.

As a leader in the autonomous intelligent network sector, ZTE will continue to work closely with industry partners to advance these networks, expand their capabilities, and create new value for the communications industry.
